Kulwant S. Boora.

Attorney Boora understands immigration as he was an immigrant from across the Atlantic from Birmingham, England, United Kingdom when he moved to the United States to marry the love of his life. His parents were immigrants from India to England, United Kingdom. Growing up in the United Kingdom for almost 30 years, he is no novice to the policies, practices, government and system of the U.K. and Europe. He has also traveled the world which has enabled him to understand different cultures and lifestyles, for example, Australia, India, Jamaica, Canada, France, Italy, and has traveled around the U.K, Scotland, Wales, England etc.

 

Mr. Boora has studied law in both the United Kingdom and United States and has an understanding and working knowledge of both systems. His passion is to help others whose goals are to enter the United States, whether it is to get married or a family-based petition to employment or religious visa. Attorney Boora has served clients from all over the world with a variety of needs and circumstances. He also has extensive experience in criminal defense litigation relating to misdemeanors and felonies. And has worked with law enforcement agencies, judges, prosecutors, and probation officers. In addition to this, he also has vast experience in civil litigation both for plaintiff and defendant and understands the complexities involved in litigation. He is also fluent in some Indian languages, which enables him to communicate to a wider audience.

 

He also taught for various universities on various subjects from professionalism and ethics (professional development) for U.S. law students, U.S. bar admission for foreign law graduates and lawyers (U.K.) and was a judge for The Inns of Court College of Advocacy National Mooting Competition (England) Oxford University Press.
